pet release working as intended?

when i release a charmed pet (as a minstrel) - e.g. stealth because a grp incs - the pet makes its way home and cannot be recharmed.
you will get the message - not in view - until it reaches its spawn spot.

Good chance it's pathing underground when it walks directly to its spawn
