NPC's resistant to all my arrow types

As an archer I can attack with arrows that do CRUSH,SLASH and PIERCE damage. I must know my targets weakness to maximize my damage results. I have attacked many npc who are NOT WEAK to any of my arrow types. Is this a bug ? Should I report this ?
Hope this is not happening with player targets as well .

Hope this is not happening with player targets as well .

It is my experience that monster resists aren’t all correct. I’d advise checking the bug tracker and if you don’t see anything similar on there create a report. You might not get a response immediately but eventually it will be acknowledged. Include as much information as you can— mob type, location, etc. This server still has a lot of issues and every effort players can make helps. Likely you will find it has already been reported.

Some mobs are resistant to all melee dmg types (blunt/slash/pierce) so this is probably not a bug.

As far as PvP...I've noticed what seems very high resists using arrows that should have a bonus to certain armor types. I have not done exhaustive testing so I don't have enough evidence to submit a bug...

I have already reported a bug(6 weeks ago that still exists) about player made arrows. There are 3 arrow types for the top end arrows. One for crush, one for pierce, one for slash. Two of the 3 arrows have THE WRONG(very weak) damage. You can get properly coded arrows only by buying them from an npc. Hopefulyl THIS BUG gets fixed soon.
