No Buffpot Timer after release

Hi,

my report on tracker has been closed without comment, I would like to know why there is a timer needed after /release for buffpots, heal pots items etc?

So you when you're rezzed you don't instantly full-buff yourself

being rezzed, does not imply using /release

Just use regular pots, problem solved

Because the tracker is for bugs, this is not a bug, but a design choice.
