New classes? - Phoenix Freeshard

Hey guys,

i have been playing for some time now, end everything is good.
I was just wandering if it will be possible to play classes like banshee etc. any time soon?
maybe there was already a topic about that?

i would like to play some "new" classes on phönix.

Valkyries for Mid should be a no brainer really, it would need some adjustment, but overall that would be a sensible addition.

Easy:
Albs: 14 classes
Hibs: 13 classes
Mids: 12 classes

I vote yes to Valks and let it be with the polar rift/rag DD proc. You can remove the sheer spell.

just like you justify a change to one class but not the other

Not sure i would be a fan of valks though, even if i don't see a justification reason it would forever hinder any other discussions regarding midgard and its classes with "you already got valk" while at the same time not bringing a lot to midgards biggest issue: sieges

I’d rather see warlock for Mid…IF there is some iteration of the class that is nothing like the first and isn’t brokenly OP

nah, the Valk would be a nice add (and no, i dont generally play mid), you would have to tweak the cone DD and remove the buff shear etc. but it fits the lore as well. You could add the other classes and they wouldn't be so OP as on live because they would just change them enough to tone them down, but no real reason to add anything more than the Valk, IF they added anything.

Then all they have to do is let Dwarfs become shamans, then you could run norse valk and all dwarfs. Snow White and the 7 dwarfs! i mean, we did it on live at one point, it was fun for memes! I remember rolling through Molvik with that setup for the longest time hahah (didnt need the shaman though, had buffbots)
