While we aren't sure about that either, there really isn't a way to test it anymore and sources were conflicting. We opted for only making item bonuses and ras transfer.
From what I see it looks like players are saying the pet had its own base stats, so it matches up in principle to how it works here.
But it seems like Necro pets cast much faster back then than they do here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvpJ1RmgNVQ
I'm assuming this is with +26 dex from ToA, +185 dex from ToA bot buffs, and and no Aug Dex or +% Casting since it did nothing for Necros. Yet it's casting much faster than my pet does with Aug Dex 5, MoA 6 and red Cleric buffs with Arcane 7.
Is this due to the changes here? : https://forum.playphoenix.online/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=2334&p=13105&hilit=npc#p13105
-- str gain has been reduced by 25%
-- dex, qui, int gain has been halvedRight now Necromancer pets are taking a lot more damage than they were before the absorb changes as well. At this point, it seems like Necros are moving in the direction of being player-like, and so their stats, resists and con should probably improve if they aren't getting most of the benefits from being a mob like on live (major stat and absorb scaling, 10-100% critical damage, etc)
