Multiple .IGN files?

Why am I getting so many .IGN files? I have one {MyToon-} .ini file, but currently 10 {MyToon-} .ign files.

Seems to be linked to server reboots and /filter changes.

Which is strange, since I don't see it on any of my .ini/.ign pairs from other shards or from Live.
