Some race combos are not allowed I haven't messed around with that.
I also thought I read somewhere they were staying with OF for now but were open to either once they had time to work on it.

Heretic, Vamp, Warlock are Catacombs classes. Mauler is from Labyrinth.
Perhaps it is pedantic, but there were no ToA classes-- only races. All classes and races through ToA are available on this server.

Ahh then they meant also the fact that some ToA races were allowed to become classes at a later date. I don't know specifics, but I think Frostal SM was allowed later, but it not allowed on this patch. Or something along those lines.
