Mentalist can still purge pet cc by releasing it .. why?

It is intended as the target of that change was the minstrel and not the mentalist.

Makes more sense for a mentalist to be able to perform this act. Their charm costs power vs minstrels, they also suffer more from being hit by their own pet. I don't see the harm in changing it for them too but if we are going to act like they are equal abilities then remove the power cost from mentalists as well.
