Mastery of the Arcane and Pet Buffs

Do the caps for Base(62) and Spec buffs(93) apply to summoned pets or charmed pets?

For example a single buff that delves for 48 nets the pet 60[1.25 delve] of that stat by default
This means that at MotA II (4%, 2.4) you've already hit 62

Or a spec buff with 72 delve (90, +3 at MotA II for 93)

If those caps do apply to pets do the ones over lv50 have higher buff caps given they rise with level?
And if so, does Juggernaut tempoarily do the same?
Conversely does a pet below lv50 have lower buff caps?

Do irregular buffs benefit from MotA such as heal proc value, damage shield, ablative health, af/abs, etc?

I am also curious about this. My next char is going to be a spirit juggernaut cabby for the fun. Very curious how mota works here.

They have posted in the past that the cap is placed on players, not NPCs. So Pets can go above the player cap using MOTA from self casted buffs or main realm buffers spells, or a combination of both. Pet level should have no bearing on buff caps, as there are no caps on pets, self summoned or charmed, juggernauted or not.

At least that's how I read the posts.

Not sure if this question has been asked or this request would be bad for game...

Is there ANYWAY to allow potions to transfer to summoned pets? ONLY for PvE content and not in RvR….as the casual player like myself loves the PvE side to great extent and being able to buff my pet makes this more possiable.

Necros tend to have 2 templates.
one for summoning (with capped HP, cons) and one for use after with dex, int, +spell, resists and mana (and optional strength).

+spell to any line does not affect your pets damage, because the damage is done by yourself; the pet just acts as the caster but magic damage output is calculated based on your own stats.
So +spell and int while in shade form increases your spelldamage.

So does this mean:

The pet uses the 75/75 dex for its stat, or would it increase if I temp too much dex?
Like 25 dex too much, example 100/75 which doesn’t affect myself since the cap is 75, but the pet uses the 100?
Only 75 transfers to the pet.
On the other hand any bonus from buffs on the pet is not capped; while chars are capped at +155 from buffs, the pet can go above and beyond if the cleric/friar are using red buffs + having +buff% RA.

I don't think anything other than +hits, resists, and con transfer to pet.
Only +HP and +con transfers from equipment to pet on summon.
Resists will transfer after the summoning based on the active gear in shade form.

Please do.
The listed stuff is how it should be, but a lot of mechanics have been rebuild from scratch so mistakes happen when re-assembling.

This is confusing

The part about 75 points transferring is about a necro pet, in that your constitution and other stats transfers to your pet because of the way that class works.

The part about 155 being a player cap is that buffs cap at 155 on players. Dex and dex quick will stop at 155 no matter how high they delve or what realm abilities you have.

The relevant part to this discussion is the part where Ashok states that there are no caps on buffs for pets. If you charm a level 50 and put pink dex and dex quick on it, it can go above 155. Adding Mastery of the Arcane can get it significantly higher than that.

Hope this helps

LOL my question was pertaining to buffs from potions to transfer over to main summoned pet....since we aren't allowed to have multiple accounts...as someone who enjoys the PvE side mostly I would like to get the most out of my class....potions transferring could be done for PvE and not work in RvR zones...or just let it transfer regardless because imo it wouldn't break the game

I was answering the original question in the post and providing the link that was asked for, not referencing buff potions and pets, sorry.
