I am a lvl 50 SM 47 dark/ 26 supp. I spent 1 point in Master of Focus for +3 spell level.
My understanding is Resist chance is calculated as 10% + (target_lvl - spell_lvl)*0.5%.
I was testing again the lvl 50 dummy outside Jordheim, The lvl 47 lifetap spell was being resisted with a message saying resist rate was 12.5%. I thought with master of focus I should be at 10% since the +3 spell levels would bring total spell level to 50.
I tested the lvl 50 base DD spell. It was resisting with a message that said 10% like I would expect.
Is Master of Focus not working? I should have the same resist rate between the two spells no?I don't have free realm respecs any more to test with Master of Focus off.
