Make arrows without needing forge

Just levelled my Ranger-Fletcher to 475 to feed his arrow habit.

Occasionally I needed to go to a forge to make the arrows (when i started making bodkin ones) but later on I discoverd that I did not need to do so even for the best arrows.

Is this intended or do I need to raise a bug? bd

I don't think you do need to use a forge for the best arrows...at least my ranger does not. I make them in field all the time. I think there are a few mid level arrows you need to forge for when leveling up your fletching/metal/woodworking... but not the top arrows...at least I haven't needed it.
