Magic Attribute and Skald/ Other Hybrids

I just made a first Template for my Skald. Asked in Advice channel for opinion about and got lot of answers - on Phoenix it is in opposite to DAOC Classic where Charisma growth a Powerpool and makes damage instants shouts stronger, Charisma is not worse to max, it is not applied on casts anymore and only means a quantity of power points for Skald.(Minstrel?)
A member of our Ally told, he had lot of trials making damage on training dolls without any charisma and with charisma maxed and the damage was the same.
A I am a bit confused. Is it true? What about Thane? Is it the same? What about other Hybrids?
Please, be kind give an competent answer. Thanks in advice

best is to do tests yourself, dont believe what people tell you... there is alot of BS out there

i just tested it, charisma definitely does affect shout damage.

Thanks, I just tested as well and just surprised why people spreading such falsehoods. And thgey ensure you, they made lot of trials and so on.

Tested with and without TG Torso and the result is very clear - Charisma does affect the height of magical damage of a Skald.
