login problem

sorry but i can see any characters on my page , back the login the game first page where normaly have all my characters now it's totaly empty can not create new character only can quit .

i have made a new account and all work well, pleasea lot of characters and gold on the account hoppe that you can help me

the discord is a great place to reach out to staff for help...

creating multiple accounts is against the rules and might get you into trouble though
