Keybind Modifiers Stopping Movement

Will modifiers like Shift and Alt stop character movement on this server?

Would be a vast improvement over the other free shard if we were able to use these keybind modifiers while free-running. Allows a lot more freedom in how players set up their bars and binds, especially for melee classes with lots of styles.
