Hi all!
is possible to use jewelcraft item on low toon and there is difference to do it with a lvl 50? the random stat you can get it's the same? or they can be better using on lvl 50 toon?

I had a guildie roll a level 1 thane and open a 99 qual polished ring blank and got a 80+ utility thane ring. It appears that level does not matter. AT the same time utility appears totally random. The only time i felt confident about a blank was when i rolled a MP polished bracer blank. When i say that utility appears random, i mean that you arent guaranteed utility. The same guildie has been very lucky rolling several 70 and 80+ utility items. I have had 2 out of 100 that really were worth it. its gambling really. There are other ways to make way more plat. But just like gambling, you may win the lottery one day. Said guildie has gotten those 70 and 80+ from 98 qual and 99 qual blanks.

The utility generated from Gemcutting ROGs is random, just like the name implies.
With a higher ranked raw ROG you can yield a higher utility, but it's still random.

The only thing you can control is the character you are using the item on.
The ROG will have stats useful to the class that's using the item; the character level does not matter.
