The best resource for this feature is the original announcement thread. There is also a graphic floating about that has a summary of the costs involved. If you ask on discord I believe someone can provide a link.

wait there is nothing in there that tell you how to make a blank rog. Like how would I make a blank ring vs a blank bracer?

Hi again!
There are 6 new recipes (one for each trinket type) that you can use to create blanks now.

ok, i guess they appear under spellcrafting menu after 1000?
