Is the wiki up to date?

was just doing a review of the wiki. Wondering if it is accurate/up to date?

For example, it mentions for class changes that scouts and hunters get longshot and volley. It does not mention that for Rangers. Is that because Rangers already had it and scouts/hunters did not, rangers do not get, or just a typo and all archer classes get?

I'm also curious if parts are still a work in progress. For example under General Class Changes, there is this note:

– All classes have access to, but cannot specialize beyond, Long Wind I and Tireless I.

As far as we know, and all throughout beta, you could spec higher than LW and TL 1. Is this note a typo or referring to something we didn't know about yet?

I joined the beta pretty late and I couldn't spec more than 1 LW and 1 Tireless.
AFAIK the wiki is accurate in what it has but is missing a lot of additional information that the staff said they would be adding in the following weeks leading up to launch.

Is there anywhere with a updated character builder? There are loads of changes to classes on this server so using the uthgard character planner won't work anymore.

They will release a character builder custom tailored to the Phoenix server settings before launch is what I heard.
