Are insta heals effected by MOC? They shouldn't be, because they are already uninterruptible spells when you are not stunned. And for that matter, insta mez and insta stun shouldn't be effected by MOC .

Also max mastery of concentration should decrease incoming damage by way of slowing the world around you down ala matrix style. Because youre concentrating so hard

It should be quite easy to test. I know that there are at least some checks to see if there is cast time and only if there is is the moc effectiveness coming into play. Could very well be however that some spell types do not have this check.
