i was in the middle of a group when i was permaban. it said for multi accounts? I only use one account that's for Odinlover. My brother did play on my PC for this own account before (Wenatchee) I even started to play myself (Odinlover). i never played on that account because, i dont know the info to that account plus that is his account. my brother moved away for college. i've never used that account as you can see from the last time he logged on. What can i do to get my account unbanned?

What you and your brother did is against the rules, sadly. The rules state that account sharing is not allowed and account sharing is defined as logging more than one account from the same PC. Since both you and your brother used the same PC to log into each of your accounts, that was account (computer) sharing.

If you have discord, you should page a GM on the #support channel and have a private conversation with them and explain the situation. There is a link to the Phoenix discord on the main page in the top right corner (the little discord icon).
If you don't have discord, then you can wait a little while here and a GM should read this post and respond to you.
Also, very importantly, don't discuss your ban publically. Private messages with a GM is OK, posting here about your ban or in the public channels is not allowed.

The above didn’t describe account sharing.
They described multiple accounts... which is forbidden likely so people don’t run around with bots, or self cross realm
Account sharing is also a Nono. That is multiple people playing the same account. Basically they don’t want a character played 24/7 by multiple different people
