If I want to change the realm but enter the game to check if I already wanted to do it but it was not so ¿ I have to wait 12 hours again? data, do not enter with any character just load the game to check if I could change my realm

Do not log into a character or create a new character, and you will not get realm locked

you can start up the game and if you get taken to charselect directly, then the 12hours are not over yet (this won't reset your timer). Log out of the game again and repeat at later point until you get to Realm-select at login instead of characterselect. Then you can go to a new realm

(alternatively you can delete all characters on the realm you are locked to and will instantly be able to switch...just mentioning it for complete information)
