Question, is it not permitted for 2 people in the same household to play the game? The reason I'm asking is because we can and have been accused of account sharing. We do play on multiple computers in our house and obviously share the same IP. What is specifically account sharing and should she simply delete her account? Hope to get an answer. Thank you

The rule is: one acc per computer and no sharing of accs/computers. So if your acc is logged on computer A, then your acc is tied to computer A. If another acc is logged from computer A, it is acc sharing aka both accs will get a 3 time ban if it is the 1st offense.
If your wife wants to play too, she needs her own computer and only her acc is allowed to be logged from her computer.
Plus the "general" same household rules which are:
If you play from the same household (example: husband and wife, father and son etc.) you must play the same realm. If you try to play different realms, it will be considered cross-realming. If one of you has to AFK for more than 10 minutes, make sure to log out of the game as you might get tested for dual logging.
