I noticed that the BD-instant-LL (6second cooldown) shows 7seconds remaining if you spamm it onto a target
but if you test it, the spell does go off approiximately every 6seconds
i would expect it to immediatly show 5seconds remain, since with other longer CD things it directly rounds down (aka MCL immediatly show 2minutes59seconds, tasty chunk of legion immediatly shows 119seconds etc....)
not a huge issue, as it works as described, only intreseted in the underlying mechanic that results in the different timers shown in chat
PS: Charplaner also still shows 4second CD for the Instant LL...doesn't it automatically pull it's information from the game anymore? (or am i know completely mixing up my memory?)
