Help finding my characters

I played this about 2 years ago, and just now decided to start playing again. The problem is when I got everything downloaded and working again, I have no characters listed when I get to the character screen. I have gone through all character pages and they all are empty. Can somebody help me to recover characters I played previously?

All characters from Alpha/Beta phase were wiped , which was December 2018, The official Phoenix server launched on January 12th, 2019.

Possible that you played during beta?

Thats probably what the issue is. I will start making a new character. Thank you!
