when the weapon haste proc procs, it overwrites the potion haste.
can you make it co-exist pls

I would rather it act like Celerity instead so it stacks 
reduce the % if you have to...
In all honesty they should re-evaluate / re-do all the Dragon/World/SI dungeon boss weapon/armor procs... or simply allow you to craft over top of them because so many things I want have dot procs on them and that's just the worst

I mean for example
When you got your buffpotion haste up with 14% haste and your weapon proc with 20 % haste procs
It should not delete the buff potion proc as it is now
The two haste should exist at same time while just the high value one counts
When the higher one fades off the lesser one should still exist
