Hello so i have been having an issue connecting to phoenix i have followed all the steps to downloading the live verison of the game, patch it and downloaded the phoenix launcher, registered the account an the game will load up to 95% says its running verison 1.126b then send a message "Hit Esc to exit game" i have tried reinstalling/rebooting backrolling to older game.dlls an its the same everytime like it doesn't patch correctly from the launcher please help thank you!

patcher will not send email for 2nd layer authentication.. my IP changed.. my ISP rotates the IP on a regular basis.. I did check the spam folder and the email is active and works just fine.
I ran thru the downgrade..
same issue..
