Friend made an account with the wrong email and unable to login to phoenix fourms. Can she make a new account or does the email have to be changed? She doesn't want to be marked as having two accounts and get banned. Please any help

Thank you Uthred. She contacted a GM on discord but said to contact Cooky via forums. She's unable to contact via forums due to not being able to log in forums. I contacted Cooky but I have yet to receive a message. Is Cooky the only one able to fix account problems?
