Is there any source, where took wether an encouter should drop Fethers or not ?
Like dragon, in some cases a few bg member got no feathers, ok, this has been addressed before.
But recently we do some guided tours thru SI Dungeons in Midgard and see,
some mobs, we expected feathers from, do not drop, do only sometimes drop, or dropy only a few times.
In Trollheim eg. the upper area mobs more feather friendly then the named purple mobs down under , they are less generous up to be a scrouge.
Any hint to light the minds ?
