I'm not used to Paypal or Euro either but what i "guess" is "00,25 Euro" means "0 Euro 25 cents".
I think I saw some European countries use comma instead of period for decimal point.
Not perfectly sure if this is the same case though. =P

In America, commas denote groupings of three.

I've seen some European countries using a comma instead of a decimal point.

To be safe, if I were you, I'd skip any punctuation at all and just type 25 by itself.

Mainland Europe tend to do it wrong! They misuse the decimal point.

Three thousand appears as 3.000 when it should be 3,000 Three million 3.000.000 when it should be 3,000,000

Which as a finance guy in the UK is a massive pain in the arse, especially multi-currency reporting.

i wonder why only uk and us ppl argue about that, could it be they doin it different than any other country?
i mean its the same with the metric system

and yes ,=.
so 0,25 is in fact 25 cents
25,00 would be 25 euros and zero cents
2500,00 would be two thousand five hundret euros

I tried that and the comma stayed in place

If someone is brave enough to donate and find out I'd also like to know XD...

Not willing to lose a questionable amount of money but I'd like to donate.

What Inoeth said is correct, so it's safe to go ahead.
