Can we get some kind of information on the ETA before i50 is implemented, and how long it will potentially last? I don't want to waste my time trying to farm feathers to finish leveling alchemy for Beta to end in a month anyways.

We won't start i50 until a large amount of the reported bugs is fixed, I'd be surprised if it starts before the 22nd September.
There will be 2 i50 phases, both will have cap equipment but the first will have worse procs and no free potions and only free rr 3 and will additionally have some major change to facilitate testing of _all_ active RAs.
Once that phase is done (vast majority of the remaining RvR affecting bugs are resolved, active RAs have been tested) we will start with the final beta / i50 phase: cap equipment, free charge items, free potions and rr6. This phase will last about a month, maybe longer, and this is where most balance changes will be done.
