Hi, why did you put a casting time on instant DD charge ?
It was meant to be instant it's already a choice to make to have a charge instead of procs....
What's the point in nerfing it....Especially when people already Sc'ed a few toons....
Still people whining because they're bad and don't want to invest in alchemy ?
