Dex Breakpoints here

Hey , just wondering if there's a sheet or something to do with Dex breakpoints here without the casting speed bonus etc?
I found the old ones all over the place but they all appear to include 10% TOA cast speed etc.
Just curious how far things can go.

there are no dex-breakpoints on dol-based freeshard servers.
