Dex affect on cast speed

Can anyone tell me the formula for how dex affects cast speed? I researched the forum and i never could find anything other than there arent any “breaks” like on live. (Good change). But im just trying to see how many points I need to dump into aug dex and MoA. Thanks

The old formula was:

Actual Cast time = ( (Delve Cast Time) * ( 1 - (Dex - 60) / 600) * ( 1 - (0.02 * MasterOfArcaneLevel) ) with a hard cap of 0.4 * Delve Cast Time.

Not sure if this is still accurate, though.
