Debuffs on ROG-Items

There are some ROG-Weapons with a debuff proc and i am wondering if they stack with assassin poison debuffs.

As far as I know there are no ROGs with debuff procs, but drops from endgame dungeons.

Assasin poison is weaponskill and constitution debuff, which does stack with a strength/con debuff proc, though.

TY. It is possible that it is a drop from a endgame dungeon. I just saw an item in the housing zone and I thought that it is a rog.

I remembered from the past that the crafted dot proc does stack with the envenomed dot poison from assassins. So i was wondering if it works also for the debuff.
