Damage shields and Armor Procs hitting ranged attacks

I've played archer classes across many realms, live, free servers. I don't recall damage shields or armor procs every hitting me at range.

Yet they do here...doesn't not interrupt, but you still take damage,

Any other seasoned archers have thoughts/recollections on this?

Seems incorrect...

They rupt my scout on max range, even though they are 1.5 k range.

I thought the interrupt portion was recently fixed...still hit for damage though.

Ah ok cant play this month so its nice to have it fixed. Would be nice if it also only damages in 1.5k range and not 2300. Not sure if thats fixed.
