Crash on logon **Resolved**

Hi,

I couldn't see my face at character creation. I went ahead and tried to memorize what it should be...

Then I got past that point and the game will load and I enter the game and it immediately crashes.

Any thoughts?

Make sure Windows firewall is not blocking the game trying to access.

Anyone else having this issue:

Using Phoenix Discord I was able to get help.
Doing an uninstall and reinstall resolved the issue.
