Streaming is the practice of broadcasting live video of you playing. There used to have to be a 10 minute delay on your video feed, but they changed the rules to where now you just have to cover your chat window while streaming live.
It's a big thing these days, and you can generally watch others playing games live on sites like twitch.tv and others.
