Couple Questions Before Launch

Hello, I was wondering if player housing will be in at launch?

Also, I know this is asking a lot, is there any updated character builder in the works? Would be really helpful with all the changes to classes and RAs.

I believe these 2 things would go a long way towards making a more stable server.
