Where are the UI files located? Id like to copy the UI settings i have for my main to my other characters so i dont have to re-do it for each one.

C:\Users\(USERSNAME)\AppData\Roaming\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\phoenix is where mine are

Like Nostalgie said, go to %appdata%\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\phoenix and copy the Charname-41 files.
You also can setup a global standard layout, that will be applied to all new characters.
In that case:
1. setup the UI on 1 character & log out
2. go to %appdata%\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\phoenix
3. Open the characters config file (charname-41.ini)
4. Copy the contents
5. Go into your DAoC installation directory
6. Look for the file defaultXXXX.ini and paste in the copied settings
XXXX stands for the resolution.
If you are running 1080p (1920x1080) the files name is default1920.ini etc

or ask the right people for a tool that does it for you 
if you search the net for DAoCchatfixer, it's been out there for years, and since i play here i adapted it for Phoenix! i use it with 0 problems!
if a GM/admin wants to check it out, i would love for them to make it usable to everyone, AFTER they verify that it is NOT a keylogger etc...
