Composite skill caps

Hey everyone,

so i tried to dig up the Forums as I wanted to know how the composite skill caps work here, without any success. So i would be very glad if a Member of Staff or someone that could give more than anectdotal evidence on how all of this is working on here.

What i gathered from reading all the anectdotal reports in here:

Stealth hardcap at 51
Envenom hardcap at 50

Damage from weapon and magic lines softcap at 51 for variance and 52 for damage (goes higher but with too high diminishing returns to be worth it?)

Buff Lines hardcap at 50

Charming spells dont seem to have any cap

Didnt find anything on shields in relation to blockchance

Didnt find anything on heals/cc (didnt expect to tbh)

Anyone from the Team willing to give an insight of how it is handled here or anyone else willing to provide some sources/testings or anything of the like?

I would also like to know this.

I am currently 51 composite stealth now that I am a new realm rank, I want to know if I should leave it or if I am over cap.

I'm a new Friar and would like to know a few things:
Much of a damage difference between 39staff+0 and 39staff+11? Would 39staff+11 do the same damage as 50staff+0?
What is the difference between having Rejuv +0 and +11, also Enhan +0 and +11?
