Will we have the option to select which we would prefer, or will it just be the old style?

Would be nice if we could craft the dragon armors (without the ToA stats of course) !

You can choose between the classic and the catacombs models.
For now the rogs have the catacombs possessed and not possessed models and the rog cloak has the new realm emblem model. Those only show if you choose the cata models though. Some drops are likely to have some toa or later skins (cloaks are somewhat big offender here with the cloudsong or antalya models), those would be bugs and would be changed when reported / seen.
We haven't really discussed if / how we want to do remodeling, once we decided that we'll have it, it's somewhat likely that the rog models will be changed to something more bland to have the reskinned stuff stand out more.
