It happens to me today that I ported to Crim Flag and being attacked by a Ministrel charmed pet left there aggro .. the mini's was a little bit far, maybe just to enable the teleport but he sudden follow me and kill me without problem being me attacked by his red pet .. it works as intended ? I thought that the teleport was enabled only when there aren't enemyies around .. Controlled pets don't count as enemyies ?
