I redid my starting stats knowing I was going arcane 9 so I could get all the CF buff bonuses and with my self buffs ( hunter ). I could achieve 250 Qui. But now It’s dumb to spec arcane 9 just for Dex/ qui and AF. So I need to respec skills. Starting stats too or throw more ra points into just qui Sucky
