CD/DW swing chance cap?

Is there a cap % on swing chance. I believe love carried a 65% cap. Is it the same here? I know they upped the modified from .68 to .86 and it’s crucial we know if there is a hard cap?

No artifical cap ever - here you will naturally cap out in the mid 80s at max rank
