Caorrunn Calbh Staff - change today ?

Hello, i've seen that the Caorrunn Calbh Staff (reward of lvl 48 hib quest "The Lost Seed"

got a change today.
This morning it got instant DD and now it's 2sec casting time ...
Lots of people took it in their SC because of that instant DD and now can't even rupt with it ? :/
Is it a wanted change?
Seems we've got no warning about it in the patch news.

It was a fix that happened after the last update. Thats why you dont see it on the servernews yet. The instant cast was wrong, a bug, whatever you want to call it. It got fixed.

Right after i spent BPs to make it glow. Nice! Guess i just wont have a dd charge unless i swap an item mid fight.

DD charge is craftable just add it to your gloves like everyone else?
