Can't seem to make another character...wondering why?

Hi all,

My third day on server... got a lvl 27 paly. I went to make another character and I go through the steps, then it does not show up when done. Any reason why this is happening?

First, Welcome to Phoenix!
You are probably trying to create an illegal character class/race combination. See the following link for the allowed characters and classes on Phoenix:
