Logged on fine an hour ago just tried to log back in and got a message saying " Repeatedly trying to update launcher files, make sure your anti virus does not move files away and launch again. Shutting down" . I turned everything off and still get same message.

I have run the Phoenixpatcher.exe and now it lets me get to log in but when I try to log in it tells me Two Factor Authentication is required and to check my email, and spam folder. Yet I get no email.

If you didn't receive an email (and you checked your spam folder), you need to send Ashok a PM and have him investigate. Make sure to include the information listed in the following forum post.
