Caledonia Cap + Respec Limit

Two questions if anyone can help, advice chat has yielded different answers;

1) What is the RR cap for the Caledonia BG?

2) I was told there is a RR that when you hit it, you are no longer eligible for free realm respecs and all respecs, is this true? If so, what is it?

I’m a level 34 2l1 and don’t want to avoid accidentally going over the answer to question 2 and not being able to respec.

Caledonia cap is Level 34, RR 2L4.

You have unlimited free respecs until you either reach level 50 or RR3.

Oof. Mid /adv has been telling people 3L0 is Caledonia cap...

The limit is indeed 3L0 for Cale.

Was there on my minst all day yesterday from 2L4 - 2L9 with many deaths inbetween

I would like to know also... action has been decent recently, with the exception of today.

2L9 can port in and out?

2L9 is safe. I would have been booted on death if it wasn't. Leveled out to preserve unlimited respec under 3L0. Be aware of that.

it has been always 2L9 folks, not 2L4 lol. Now I am wondering if I want to stay in Caledonia can I /rp off? once I am get 2L9?
