Bard in Tnn just killed a bunch of us?

Why did the Bard in Tnn cast a dot that killed a bunch of us? Cost me over 7 gold at healer to get con back!

It's a dot that jumps to other players and NPCs from DS (I think it is) if you leave group you port back to your bind, in this case his was TNN, it infects anyone around you.

Some neckbeards think it is oh so hilarious and witty to infect TNN and the frontier town.
