Based on this change in the General Class Changes:
– Avoidance of Magic provides further reduction in crowd control spell duration.

I am wondering what is the value of the reduction in crowd control spell duration per point. Is it the listed percentage and if so, does this stack additively with determination?

It's a secondary resist that's taken into account after stoicism, det, primary resists. It is not noticeable and not worth it for the CC reduction. Only get it if you want higher resists, and still again, it's a secondary resist and not nearly as good as a player resist buffs or template resists. There are many better abilities to get imo.
