Arrow mechanics

I am not sure how you have implemented archery on players, mobs consistently use wrong behaviors though.

1. They should not be able to fire while moving.
2. Damage or other interupts should interupt archery.
3. They should put bow away and take out weapon when in melee range.

FYI I did make a bug report just thought I would post here as well.

That's mostly caused by mobs that have a distance weapon but are set to melee behavior, please report the names of such mobs that the behavior can be set to ranged.

Ok. I put svartalf in the bug report but it was both the infiltrators and foisters.
